Winners of Challenge #285 - Aurora

We're excited to announce the winners of Challenge #285 because the Featured Artist will be our Guest Designer for the next Recipe Challenge in two weeks! We're very keen to work with the winner! Our entries certainly did the colour challenge justice!

Here are our winners:

Our Top Pick is: Lisa K.

Lisa skillfully used the colours as a blended background with the lighter colours as a backdrop for the starlight. The black became the silhouettes and the backing panel (along with the dark blue). This gave her Christmas themed card a moody, mysterious look that really enhances the star as the focal point!

Our Featured Artist is: Cindi Copeland

As Featured Artist this week, Cindi will also be invited to be our next Guest Designer! We loved that she used a slimline format to get more of our Challenge Colours in her design. The chevron design in the background has chevron in all three colours on a black card base and then the flowers are a cascade of colour down the front of the card. So lavish and pretty! Even her envelope uses the colour palette!

Congratulations, Cindi, you will be our next Guest Designer for our Recipe Challenge in 2 weeks time. We will be in touch!
