Challenge #256 - Zoology
Design Team member LeAnne has come up with a winner for our next Fill In the Blank Challenge. So many of us are animal lovers! And you have so many to choose from: birds, insects, fish, puppies - just to name a few! I'm sure everyone can find a favourite from that comprehensive a list, right? You don't have to own one - you might just enjoy watching this type of animal from a distance!
This week's challenge is a fill in the blank challenge. You complete the sentence by filling in the blank, then you make your project based on the words you used to fill in the blank. How would you fill in this blank? Now, take on the challenge of making something amazing with it!
And make sure to tell us, in your blog post, how you Filled in the Blank!

Winners for Challenge #255 - Autumn Warmth and Our Next Guest Designer
We're excited to announce the winners of Challenge #255 because the Featured Artist will be our Guest Designer for the next Recipe Challenge in two weeks! We're very keen to work with the winner! It was a such a warm colour palette, and we got some beautiful creations from so many of you. Thank you for entering! The Design Team got all toasty inside just trying to narrow down our winners. And here they are:
Our Top Pick is: Christy Stanford
From her enticing background design, to the masterful stamping job of that sweet peach with it's two-toned design, Christy has created a card with warm sweet tones, tempered with the strip of green to cut the sweetness, making it perfectly palatable! Whether or not you like peaches, you're sure to love this eye-catching delight!
Our Featured Artist is: Jenny Engelke
Jenny used the neutral black & white background to allow the focal point of the song birds to pop! The birds themselves are beautifully coloured with our challenge colours which are blended to perfection! We noted the layered scalloped black backgrounds, one with clear embossed images, the white embossed sentiment that really shows up against the black and the attention to detail. All these factors are exciting to see in our next Guest Designer for our upcoming Recipe Challenge in two weeks.

Challenge #255 - Autumn Warmth
I love Colour Challenges and our Design Team member Jane came up with this gorgeous combination that embodies the warmth of autumn colours. Enjoy using all your new autumn stamps for this one!
If you remember, we announced back in January that each time we have a colour challenge, the Featured Artist would have a chance to become a Guest Designer for our next Recipe Challenge 4 weeks from now. So enter with that in mind! We're so excited to work with you for a challenge!!
Remember, if you don't have the Stampin' Up! colours, use the colours you have that are the closest. Your project should use all these colours only and 1 neutral. (Neutrals include black, white, vanilla or Crumb Cake.)

Here are some guidelines for the challenge:
- Create any card, scrapbooking page, 3D project or packaging project that fits the challenge.
- Stampin' Up! colours are used for reference but any matching colours are welcome. You can use black/neutral for outlines and sentiments but don’t use any other colours. Make sure you use all the colours in the challenge banner. Neutrals include black, white, vanilla, Crumb Cake.
