Well, you have spoken, and we now know your favourites in terms of what punches and dies are your "go tos" and the overwhelming majority seems to be stitched shapes of some kind! It's fun to find out these little tidbits of information about each other! It's not fun trying to choose our winners, so the Design Team had to lean heavily on each other to come to a decision! The word for the day is texture, as Christi's project is full of it, from the fur on the buck to the background DSP! This rich and quirky design is so delightful with the bowtie on the buck matching the woodgrain background and the very cool-shaped plaque the deer head is mounted on, that the Design Team fell in love almost immediately!
Our first Featured Artist is: Cindy Major
Cindy's adorable mad scientist has been crafted and coloured with such care and creativity that she just seems to jump off the page at you! We loved the details of the potions and how the bubbles were echoed in the background papers and embellishements! And these amazing results were achieved through very skillful use of pencil crayons!! Amazing work, Cindy!
