Challenge #237 - On the Bias

Well, a good old-fashioned sketch challenge might be just what the doctor ordered for everyone and yours truly, Heather, has come up with a different slant on a common theme - the split background! How will you handle the challenge of the angled split? Will you use a 3D divider like a ribbon or will you cut your background paper in half diagonally or do you have a completely different idea. Where does your bias lie?

Feel free to rotate or flip the sketch, just keep the integrity of it, so we can recognize it.

Here are some guidelines for the challenge:

  • Create any card, scrapbooking page, 3D project or packaging   project that fits the challenge.
  • Feel free to flip or rotate the sketch and to substitute one   shape for another but we must still be able to see the sketch   in your finished submission.
  • Please include the challenge graphic and link back to the   challenge in your blog post. Turn off word verification so we   can send you lots of feedback. Make sure you link the post not the whole blog to the Linky. Use #AYSI237 when uploading to a public gallery.
  • If you’re unsure about ‘the rules’, check the details under the Challenge Guidelines tab.

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. Who is it who posted the lovely card with the green front and beautiful white poinsettia. Unfortunately, we don't have a link to where your card is posted. Instead you've posted a link to our challenge site instead! We can't leave any comments on your site or link to you if you win or anything. Please enter a link to the site where you posted the photo of your card. Hope you see this!
