Winners for Challenge #311 - Recipe for Holiday Spirit

Thanks to all the testers who tried out our Recipe Challenge last week! We all loved the elements you included to fulfill the recipe requirements! It's amazing how 5 different ingredients can be combined in so many different ways. Your cards were beautiful holiday designs, and so many delightful whimsical ones, as well. Here are our winners!

Our Top Pick is: Suzy Hinton

Suzy's whimsical elf design is both bright and bold! She has chosen the big, bold polka-dot pattern for her background and adorned it with other elements of the recipe challenge! The Design Team loved her embossed textured tab and the foil flag under the fun sentiment. But the best part was the adorable elf hat, complete with yellow ribbon and red feather perched on top of it! When it was all placed on the red card base, it just screams, Merry Christmas! Congrats, Suzy!

Cindy's stunning card fulfilled all the requirements of the Challenge, but in subtle ways that enhanced rather than drove the design she created! The colours are gorgeous, subtly festive, and so perfect for the elements she chose. The thoughtful and sumptuous layers and details are so carefully coordinated! This was a clear choice for Featured Artist for this challenge! Congratulations, Cindy!
