Challenge #361 - An Accelerated Apple a Day

 The next speed stamping challenge is upon us and the theme for this one, thanks to our team mate, Heather Heroldt, is "Apples"! So you are tasked with making a card with the theme of apples in 10 minutes or less!! Can you do it? Here's our Challenge Banner:

For all our Speed Stamping Challenges, you are allowed to plan your card in advance, and get out your tools and materials before hand. But once you add ink to stamp or cut a piece of paper, or die cut or emboss, you must start the timer!

Let's see what you can make in 10 minutes! You might surprise yourself!

Here are some guidelines for the challenges:

• Create any card, scrapbooking page, 3D project or packaging project that fits the challenge.
• Stampin' Up! colours are used for reference but any matching colours are welcome. You can use black/neutral for outlines and sentiments but don’t use any other colours. Make sure you use all the colours in the challenge banner. Neutrals include black, white, vanilla, Crumb Cake.
• Please include the challenge graphic and link back to the challenge in your blog post. Turn off word verification so we can send you lots of feedback. Make sure you link the post not the whole blog to the Linky. Use AYSI #357 when uploading to a public gallery.
• You can combine our challenge with up to 3 other compatible challenges.*
• We do reserve the right to delete, or not consider, entries that do not comply with these guidelines.*

We just loved all the entries that came with the Harvest Theme! They were all so beautiful! It was incredibly hard to choose winners!  All the produce looked amazing! Wouldn't you be proud if you'd raised those?

From the rich diagonal plaid background to the water-colour effect image, Christy's card really was a harvest of blessings! The Design Team was unanimous in their admiration for Karen's workmanship and creativity. You can see the careful work and the beautiful colour choices, not to mention the beautiful texture represented on Karen's card. Because most of us are urbanites these days, harvest has more of a decor meaning than a food meaning, unless we have a backyard garden, but we do like those cozy autumn images!

The fun part of our job as a Design Team is checking out the blogs of every entry in our challenges and especially fun when it's a recipe challenge! Everyone gets exactly the same five elements, but the variety of cards we get is endless AND beautiful! The not-so-fun part of our job is trying to pick winners from amongst those lovely entries, but once again, we bit the bullet and got the job done! Here they are:
