Who takes on a speed stamping challenge? Only the strong of heart apparently! The brave, the daring, the crafter looking for a new way to challenge themself! It's fun getting your adrenaline pumping - like watching a thriller movie or braving the tallest roller coaster! Anyway, we had a few brave souls take on the challenge and we'd love to see a few more give it a try next time it rolls around our challenge roster.
Now on to our winners for this challenge! Because we had only a few entries, we will not be awarding Honorable Mentions this time.
Our Top Pick is: Jennie Maier
Jennie made great use of DSP to create her lovely fall themed pumpkin card, and that is a great way to save time when doing speed stamping! She chose her paper wisely, using the simple black and white design to subdue the more busy pumpkin/gourd paper, giving lots of room for her stamped and coloured pumpkin to take center stage. She finished in 8 minutes and 25 seconds, well within the 10 minute limit! Well done, Jennie!
Our Featured Artist is: Suzanne from Stamp n' Sip
Suzanne used a combination of a simple DSP background with die cuts to create a wonderful colour and texture-filled display on her entry, which took her 9 min and 36 sec to put together. The Design Team really loved her colour shading on the leaves, her coiled twine bow and the texture on her pumpkin die cut, which really made her entry stand out! Amazing what you can do in 10 minutes isn't it? Congratulations, Suzanne!
Congratulations to our winners and thanks to everyone who played along! Come back and join us tomorrow morning for our next challenge, a sketch challenge. Our winners today can pick up their badges on this page and display them with pride on their blogs or sites.
