Challenge #326 - Simple Sketch
So glad you've joined us again at As You See It Challenges! It's a Sketch Challenge this week, thanks to our delightful Team Member Deborah, and I've titled it Simple Sketch, because that is just what it is. I find simple sketches are the best for allowing you to flex your imagination muscles, while give you an underlying structure to get you started! Here's our Challenge Banner:
For our Sketch Challenge, feel free to invert the sketch and use any shape for the circle, but please keep the integrity of the sketch so we can recognize it.

Here are the challenge guidelines:
- Create any card, scrapbooking page, 3D or packaging project that fits the challenge.
- For a Recipe Challenge use all elements of the recipe - the possibilities within those parameters are endless.
- For a Colour Challenge use all of the given colours and only those colours with these exceptions:
- White and Very Vanilla are free colours.
- In addition, you may use of ONE of these neutrals: Basic Black, Basic Gray, Crumb Cake, Basic Beige.
- For a Speed Stamping Challenge you must tell us the time it took to make your project and it must be finished in under 10 min.
- Please include the challenge graphic and link back to the challenge in your post.
- Make sure you link the specific post and not the whole blog to the Linky. Use AYSI#326 when uploading to a public gallery
- Please turn off word verification so that we can send you lots of feedback.
- You can combine our challenge with up to 3 other compatible challenges.
- We do reserve the right to delete, or not consider for Top Pick and Featured Artist, entries that do not comply with these guidelines.

Winners for Challenge #325 - Timed Thank You
This time, I want to thank everyone who took on our speed stamping challenge! What you accomplish in under 10 minutes is truly astonishing! It makes me feel like I live in an alternate universe where time runs at a faster pace, and Murphy's Law is dominant, (which is just another way of saying that speed challenges make me slow and fumble-fingered!)
Here are the entries that the Design Team picked for our winners this time:
Our Top Pick is: Lilly B
Lilly used a variety of green shades and a mix of foliage stamps to create an image with a lot of depth and interest. Beyond that the greens with the black sentiment, the black card base and lots of white space gave a CAS design perfect for a Speed Challenge, one that Lilly completed in only 4 minutes and 11 seconds! Fast and beautiful with great technique earn our Top Pick award! Congratulations, Lilly!
Our Featured Artist is: Gayle Chrvala
Gayle has used a trio of lovely blue brush stoke images as a backdrop for a wispy white piece of plant life and it looks so delicate yet intentional as a CAS design. With the addition of a black stamped sentiment, echoed by a black layer of matting, and some white enamel dots for embellishment, the overall effect is very striking, completed in 9 minutes and 5 seconds, earning Gayle the Featured Artist Award. Congratulations!

Challenge #325 - Timed Thank You
I don't know about you, but I always need Thank You cards, so if I can make them quickly and still have them look good, I'm all in! That's our challenge this time, thanks to our clever Team Member, Joanne. Make a Thank You card in 10 min or less! That's it. Make sure you time yourself so that you can give us your exact time when you enter in the linky.
It seem scary, but it's not really that hard. You can plan your card ahead of time. You can have all your materials and tools ready, but as soon as you start to stamp an image, or cut paper, or run a piece through a die cutting machine, you must START THE TIMER!

Winners for Challenge #324 - Wedding Bells
It seems that weddings are abundant in some seasons of our lives or our kids' lives, and pretty scarce in other times. Nevertheless, they are an occasion for which to create some very dazzling cards and we've seen a proper sample in our gallery over the past few days.

Our Top Pick is: Suzy Hinton
Suzy's wedding card has so many lovely features! The die cut heart nestled within the florals fits perfectly and the soft colours and clean design give her card an elegance that is perfect for a wedding. The subtle touches of texture add to the delicate look! Congratulations on being our Top Pick, Suzy!
Our Featured Artist is: Cat Craig
Cat's beautifully crafted entry really caught the attention of the Design Team. She embossed her white background perfectly for a wedding card, then she stenciled an absolutely gorgeous floral display behind her beautifully arched sentiment! It's a wedding card the recipients, I'm sure, will never forget! This is a well-deserved Featured Artist award, and winner! Congratulations, Cat!
