Winners for Challenge #378 - Summer Days

Everyone loves those lazy Summer Days, the theme for our latest Theme Challenge!  The Design Team loved the heightened feeling of nostalgia they got looking at all the beachy theme designs! Apparently, lots of people love the beach!

Here are the winners of Challenge #378!

Our Top Pick is: Christy Stanford

Simple, but artistic, Christy's creation is a summer feast for the eyes, with a great use of contrast and design! The yellow abstract sun stamp in the background contrasts with the blue and white patterned paper, and blue and white sentiment and shadow that reminds one of an ocean wave! Then those adorable little flip flops really become the focal point and an iconic summer symbol! What a great classic for Top Pick this week!

Our Featured Artist is: Cindy Major

Cindy's wonderful lemonade card is full of wonderful texture and contrasts everywhere you look! The Design Team was delighted with the colours, shaker lemonade pitcher, texturized lemon rind areas, specialty items, and so many things that make this card a stand out! Congratulations on being our Featured Artist, Cindy Major!

Challenge #378 - Summer Days

Walkin' on Sunshine! Summertime and the livin' is easy! In the summertime, when the weather is hot...! It's our Theme Challenge Weeks! Summer days always bring to me a sense of relaxation, taking a break, growing season, activities that involve lying back, soaking up the sun, and resting or playing! What kind of images come to your mind when you think of summer days? Please show us in a card, or scrapbook layout, or other papercrafting project!
